About Sheree

Sheree May

With a background in Performing Arts working as a dancer both nationally and internationally, I’ve always been interested in supporting my body to reach the best of its ability. Through my own personal health journey with digestive disturbances and PCOS, my appreciation and passion for natural medicine grew as I saw first hand the benefits it was having.

As a degree-qualified naturopath I enjoy sharing my knowledge and personal experience to assist and help others with their health concerns. I aim to help other women experience a quality of life that they didn’t think was manageable through the use of traditional and evidence-based dietary advice, nutritional support, herbal medicine and flower essences.

Each system in the body is related so when it comes to healing I take a whole-body approach, encompassing physical, mental and emotional health. I take the time to listen, enquire, and where appropriate may employ functional testing to understand the physiological and biochemical changes occurring in the body impacting your health. My creation of treatment plans are client-centric, tailoring prescriptions to suit lifestyles, budgets and personal needs.

I truly believe that ‘choice is the essence of change’ and am here to guide you to improve your health and wellbeing and lead you to the life you want to live.
